A 15-year-old boy has been charged over alleged armed robberies, property and dangerous driving offences across Townsville.
The Mount Louisa boy has been charged with a total of 48 offences allegedly committed over the past two months.
Police say he was involved in three armed robberies in Vincent, Pimlico and Aitkenvale on May 12, where a 44-year-old woman suffered a cut to her hand.
On May 12, it will be further alleged the boy was involved in multiple dangerous driving offences, and three armed robberies in Vincent, Pimlico and Aitkenvale, where a 44-year-old North Ward woman received a cut to her hand.
Following extensive investigations, the 15-year-old Mount Louisa boy was taken into custody on Friday, May 17.
He has been charged with 48 offences, including 13 counts of unlawful use of motor vehicle, and grievous bodily harm.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to re-appear at Townsville Childrens Court on June 7.
