Four children have been charged after a stolen car was involved in a crash at Vincent.
The vehicle was allegedly stolen from an Annandale home on Sunday around 5am.
Police say the vehicle was then allegedly involved in a stealing incident at a service station on Thuringowa Drive, where two boys stole food items from inside the store.
It was later involved in a crash on the corner of Fulham Road and Ashton Street in Vincent around 7.40am.
Officers located two boys and a girl at a Biggs Street residence, where they were arrested.
A 13-year-old Vincent boy was charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle and stealing and is expected to appear at Townsville Childrens Court at a later date.
A 12-year-old Cluden boy was charged with possessing dangerous drugs, enter dwelling and commit and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He has been dealt with under the Youth Justices Act.
A 13-year-old Mundingburra girl, was charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, wilful damage and five counts of stealing.
She is expected to appear at Townsville Childrens Court at a later date.
Police later located and arrested another teenage boy on the corner of Carthew Street and Thuringowa Drive.
A 15-year-old Deeragun boy was charged with four counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count each of attempted enter dwelling with intent, enter dwelling with intent, enter dwelling and commit, stealing, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed driving.
He is also expected to appear at Townsville Childrens Court at a later date.
