A teenage boy has suffered multiple injuries after falling off his bicycle at Mount Stuart.
The incident happened on Angus Smith Drive at 6.30pm Sunday.
Paramedics have taken the teen to Townsville Hospital in a stable condition with facial, head, neck and shoulder injuries.
