Homicide detectives from Brisbane have arrived in Townsville to assist in the investigation of the suspicious death of a 21-year-old Vincent man.
His body was found in a Subaru Forester on Saturday morning in Woodstock.
It’s alleged he was seen driving around with an old friend, a 26-year-old man, in the hours leading up to his death.

Police say members of the public spotted the pair driving erratically before the car was parked in the middle of Webb Road.
Police have arrested the 26-year-old man and say he was “behaving disorderly”.
He will be interviewed by officers who are asking anyone with information to get in touch.
