A house fire at Heatley has left a person in hospital.
Six fire and rescue crews were called to Wilkie Street around 7.20pm Monday, finding the home engulfed in flames.
It’s believed a gas water heater caught fire.

QFES was on scene until 11.30pm, with paramedics taking a person to Townsville University Hospital in a stable condition.
