A man has been taken to hospital following an alleged stabbing at Vincent in the early hours of this morning.
Emergency crews were called to a private address around 4.30am on Thursday.
Paramedics treated a patient with wounds to his chest, transporting him to Townsville University Hospital in a stable condition.

Police have since declared a crime scene and investigating reports of a serious assault.
