Two men hit by vehicles on Townsville roads

Two people have been hit by cars in separate incident in Townsville.

A man was hospitalised after he was struck by a vehicle on Upper Miles Avenue and Clint Street at Kelso just before 7pm Tuesday.

Shortly after 1am today, a man in his 40s suffered a knee injury after he was hit by a car on the corner of Patrick Street and Anne Street at Aitkenvale.

Both men have been taken to Townsville University Hospital in stable conditions.
