A man has been charged over an alleged stabbing on Palm Island.
Around 12.30am Monday, it’s alleged a 42-year-old Palm Island man was stabbed once with a knife at a Park Road address.
He was taken to the Joyce Palmer Health Service before being airlifted to the Townsville University Hospital for treatment.

A 48-year-old Palm Island man was taken into custody nearby.
He has been charged with one count of unlawful wounding and is expected to appear before Townsville Magistrates Court today.
